Refund policy
At Red Devil Enterprises, our commitment is to the satisfaction of our customers. We build our flamethrowers to the highest standards. At present we have a no refund policy, which means you won't be able to receive a refund if you would like to return the product we currently do not accept any returns. Therefore all our sales are final and you will not be entitled to a refund.
Time frame
Please note that after placing your order you will not be eligible for a refund. Any return requests made after purchasing the product will not be able to be processed.
Damages and Issues
We make every effort to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives and it is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please get in touch with us immediately at reddevilenter@gmail.com. We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon reception and report any problems within 48 hours, so we can evaluate the issue.
